Join us as we reignite this valued Chamber tradition and continue building a strong\, supportive network of local women making an impact!Dr. Casey Eldringhoff is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years in the US Navy Nuclear Power Program\, where she served as an electrician before transitioning into engineering\, risk\, and project management roles supporting commercial nuclear facilities across the US and Europe. She later joined Amazon Web Services\, overseeing operations for 12 data centers and contributing to new product development in Electrical Design Engineering. In 2026\, she became the Ashburn Site Director at QTS.Passionate about supporting women in technical fields\, Casey focused her doctoral research on mentorship as a career-retention strategy for women in STEM. She is also an invited speaker\, delivering technical and DEI-focused talks at major industry conferences including Data Center World\, DICE\, EPRI\, NFPA\, and 7x24 Exchange.She holds degrees in Psychology\, Nuclear Technology\, Chaplaincy\, and Strategic Leadership. Outside of work\, she teaches as an Adjunct Professor and enjoys hiking\, running\, scuba diving\, and traveling with her family.\nRegistration is FREE. Space is limited
